Manual Osteopathic Practitioner & Registered Massage Therapist
Tailored Care For Your Individual Needs
With over 20 years of experience in hands-on care, I’m passionate about helping people manage pain, move more freely, and enjoy a better quality of life.
My path began in Ireland, where I worked as a physiotherapist for 10 years. I’m proud of that foundation, but I also saw how many people were frustrated: weeks of appointments, repetitive exercises, and slower progress than they hoped for.
I understood it personally. As a high-level cricket and baseball player, I dealt with my own injuries, and skilled, hands-on manual therapy finally moved my recovery forward. That experience changed my career. After moving to Canada, I trained and graduated as a manual osteopath and registered massage therapist.
Today, I combine osteopathic manipulation with massage therapy in a single treatment. Releasing restricted joints and tissues while also treating trigger points helps the body recover faster and get back to exercise and sport sooner. Many of my clients come to me after trying other approaches without the results they wanted, and they’re often surprised by how quickly they feel a difference.I take a personalized and compassionate approach with every client. Each person is unique, so my goal is to understand your concerns, listen carefully, and tailor care to your individual needs. I’ve worked with a wide range of pain and mobility concerns, and I’m committed to creating a comfortable, supportive environment where you feel heard, respected, and cared for.
Outside the clinic, I’m a gym enthusiast and cyclist, and I still love playing baseball. Another pastime I love is going on adventurous drives, and exploring new places. Staying active is central to how I live, and it shapes how I practise. I understand the importance of maintaining musculoskeletal strength, flexibility, preventing injuries, and optimizing performance. My 10-year-old son is following in my footsteps in sport and athletics, which keeps me young at heart.
My goal is simple: to help you move better, feel better, and get back to doing the things you enjoy.
