Thai Tuna Salad Wraps (serves 4)


4 cans Tuna

1/2 cup Red Onion (sliced thin)

2 stalks Green Onion (sliced)

1 tbsp Ginger (peeled and sliced)

1/4 cup Coconut Cream

2 Lime (juiced)

2 tbsps Fish Sauce

2 tbsps Thai Basil (chopped fine)

2 Avocado (peeled and cubed)

2 heads Romaine Hearts


  1. Add all ingredients except the lettuce to a mixing bowl and stir to combine.
  2. Refrigerate until chilled, at least 20 minutes, then serve wrapped inside lettuce leaves
