Easy, quick and delicious lunch any day of the week
Thai Tuna Salad Wraps (serves 4)
Ingredients:
4 cans Tuna
1/2 cup Red Onion (sliced thin)
2 stalks Green Onion (sliced)
1 tbsp Ginger (peeled and sliced)
1/4 cup Coconut Cream
2 Lime (juiced)
2 tbsps Fish Sauce
2 tbsps Thai Basil (chopped fine)
2 Avocado (peeled and cubed)
2 heads Romaine Hearts
Directions
- Add all ingredients except the lettuce to a mixing bowl and stir to combine.
- Refrigerate until chilled, at least 20 minutes, then serve wrapped inside lettuce leaves
