Simon-Daniel, RMT

Simon obtained his massage therapy diploma from Mount Royal University in 2016. Additionally, he has received training in Motion Specific Releases. His approach is evidence-informed, hands-on, and occasionally tool based and treats a range of conditions including injury recovery, sprains, strains, tendinopathy, chronic pain, and headache.

His professional interests include optimizing functional performance with targeted manual therapy and improving mood/affect using relaxation techniques.

He grew up competitively pursuing football and track & field. After too many injuries he gave it up so he could continue enjoying the outdoors and recreational sports. This influenced his decision to practice massage therapy. His passions include cooking and deepening his understanding of human anatomy every day.
